1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and submitting an enrollment application, career assessment, or any other form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit your information.

2. Enrollment & Applications

Submission of an enrollment application does not guarantee admission. HCTI reserves the right to accept or decline applications based on program requirements, eligibility, and seat availability. All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in immediate dismissal from a program without refund.

3. Tuition & Fees

Program tuition and fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. The $150 application fee (or $200 with payment plan) is non-refundable and applied toward course tuition. Students referred by qualifying third-party agencies may have fees waived or direct-billed. Payment plans, financing options, and refund eligibility are governed by our separate Refund Policy. All tuition and fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

4. Student Responsibilities

Enrolled students are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled class and clinical sessions
• Provide required documentation (ID, SS card, diploma/GED, TB test) prior to deadlines
• Adhere to HCTI's code of conduct and clinical placement policies
• Complete all required payments according to the agreed payment schedule

5. Certifications & Outcomes

HCTI provides training to prepare students for state and national certification exams. Successful completion of a program does not guarantee passing a certification exam or employment. Exam eligibility and licensing are determined by the relevant state and national boards.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, study tools (including the CNA Study Buddy™ app), and website content are the property of HCTI. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share proprietary materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

HCTI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in a program. Our total liability is limited to the tuition paid by the student.

8. Changes to Terms

HCTI may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
